• 60–45 days: 25% of land + ₹5000 + ticket/visa charges

• 45–30 days: 50% of land + ₹5000 + ticket/visa charges

• 30–10 days: 75% of land + ₹5000 + ticket/visa charges

• Flight/hotel cancellation strictly as per airline/hotel policy
